Chef Ryan

Chef Ryan found he could best express himself creatively through the medium of wood fired pizza. He loves teaching the craft of creating the perfect pizza and never misses an opportunity to pass on the pro-tips when it comes to the pizza oven.

Chef Michael

Chef Michael is the adventurer of the SoCo Supper Club team. Mike travels the Sonoma County region with his companion doggo in search of inspiration for his unique catering dishes and their appropriate pairings.
